How Sponsor Network handles information.
This notice describes information practices for sponsornetwork.co, Sponsor Network website forms, transaction and lender-network submissions, and related business communications.
Effective date: August 19, 2026
Sponsor Network serves business-purpose real estate transactions. The website is not intended for owner-occupied consumer mortgage applications. Do not submit a Social Security number, password, complete bank or investment account number, payment-card number, government identification number, or account login credential through a public website form.
1. Scope and business
This notice applies to information Sponsor Network receives through this website and through communications initiated from a website submission. “Sponsor Network,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Sponsor Network business operating this website. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of lenders, brokers, general contractors, professional advisers, or other third parties that receive information for an authorized transaction or relationship.

- Documents you choose to upload: budgets, scopes, term sheets, track records, plans, closing or refinance records, program matrices, and other supporting files. Redact information that is not needed for the review.
- Website and attribution information: referring page, landing page, UTM campaign parameters, browser or device information, IP address and server logs, and activity necessary to operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Communications and review records: correspondence, notes, classifications, lender matches, referral administration, and other records created while evaluating or administering a requested relationship.
3. Sources of information
We collect information directly from applicants, operators, lenders, brokers, contractors, and other people who submit or provide it. We may also receive information from a referring party, website and hosting technologies, transaction participants, professional advisers, and public or professional records used to verify information for the requested business purpose.
4. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide the requested assessment, transaction review, lender match, lender-network relationship, sponsor review, or GC-service review.
- Evaluate project economics, borrower and GC experience, documented exits, lender criteria, and potential key-principal or guarantor requirements.
- Verify identities, roles, licenses, insurance, project records, transaction records, and other information relevant to underwriting or a proposed service.
- Communicate with the submitting party and authorized transaction participants.
- Administer referrals, lead registration, relationship protection, fees, contracts, follow-up, and performance records.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the website and business processes.
- Detect fraud, spam, misuse, security incidents, or inaccurate submissions.
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend legal rights, and enforce agreements.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Requested transaction and relationship activity: to prospective lenders, brokers, contractors, sponsors, key principals, guarantors, affiliates, transaction participants, or professional advisers when reasonably necessary to evaluate, structure, document, or administer the requested business-purpose transaction or relationship.
- Service providers: to providers that host the website, process and store form submissions, operate functions and data storage, provide security or technical support, or perform professional services for Sponsor Network. These providers receive information for the services they perform.
- Legal and safety matters: when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or misuse, or enforce an agreement.
- Business transactions: in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, sale, transfer, or other business transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.
- At your direction: when you authorize or direct a disclosure.
Sponsor Network does not publish a public borrower directory or public lender credit-box directory. Submission consent authorizes communication and disclosures reasonably related to the requested transaction or relationship; it does not authorize unrelated marketing.
6. Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
The current website uses necessary browser storage to retain a deal-intake draft in your browser and to preserve first-session campaign, landing-page, and referrer information while you move between forms. Clearing browser storage removes those local records. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, server logs, and similar technical information necessary to deliver and protect the site.
As of the effective date, Sponsor Network has not installed third-party advertising pixels or a third-party behavioral analytics tag on the public website and does not use website form information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, this notice and any legally required consent or opt-out controls should be updated before the technology is enabled.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including evaluating and administering a transaction or relationship, maintaining referral and performance records, meeting contractual or legal obligations, resolving disputes, securing the service, and enforcing agreements. Retention can vary by record type, transaction status, legal requirement, and relationship history. We may delete, de-identify, or aggregate information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information based on its nature and the way it is used. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use the public forms only for the requested business information, limit uploads to what is reasonably necessary, and redact sensitive information that the review does not require.
9. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, the law that applies, and available exceptions, you may have rights to request access to or confirmation of personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and appeal a request decision. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Use the privacy request form below and describe the right you want to exercise. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, authority, state of residence, or relationship to the information. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity confirmation. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any available appeal process if a request is denied.
10. Children
The website is intended for adults engaged in business-purpose real estate activity and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child provided information, submit a privacy request so it can be reviewed.
